Very bad experience from 'make my trip. Is make my trip is going in loss
It was very bed we paid around 3000 rupee per night but the room was very poor, it look like 500 rupee per night. Vary bad service and room organisation. Even ac, light as well as door lock was not properly working. Food and drinking water was also not available. We can't sleep well because of the very poor metres quality. Also the bedsheet were not clean, it was smelling like pee. Although we stay there one night, at that time we can't complain about that because, the very next day our exam was there, so we don't want to be disturbed and we adjust with that. I was not expected this type of hotel experience from 'make my trip.
