this time the rooms were not clean .when I had visited 1 time that time the rooms were clean, but this time, it wasn't the same washroom. It was not clean n bedshit, too lil dirty like

Blanket was not clean ac was not working water supply was not proper if i say apart from property is close to beach there is nothing to be there in that stay. So i suggest please don't waste your money even though it's small amount.

Poor Stay

Tv was not working no fridge in room toilet flush not working no hygiene in kitchen, lot of big rats. Bath water was muddy.

Excellent stay

Location of the cottage is really good just on the calangute beach. Room are decently maintained and has ac with power backup. An-war was really helpful through out the stay. He calls us to check s for any help and also he arranged the airport transfer and be there in the early morning until board the cab. Thanks anwar.

The place is right on calangute beach behind a shack. Decent place for the price. Very close to baga beach. Service was great.

The rooms are not as they have shown in images. There is no hot water availability. Room was stinking. He booked a cruise for us and we had change of mind, so we cancel-led it. I enquired with cruise. Tgey said there will be no charges for cancellation. But the room boy took 1000 rs to cancel the reservation. But the owner was really good. Over all waste of money. Not worth it. I don't recommend

Sir we are sorry for the inconvenience faced, as per our records you were given family room and hot water is working, about the cruise booking it is done by travel agent and that is not under hotel control so charges applied to you were not by us! But still we have told our staff to resolve matter.

Dsilva cottage is very near to calangute beach. Hardly 500mtr walking distance. Property is good and hygienic too.

We are disappointed to receive this review after giving all facilities to you and your friends, we even allowed an extra guest to stay, kitchen facilities were given. Sir you were drunk and you had an argument with staff also. It’s unfortunate to have you write this review! if still you have any difficulties please feel to call us.

Cottage is situated on beach side with personal lane for beach. Food was good, friendly staff, very hygienic. Very safe for family.

Good Stay

Stay was good and staff was friendly. But cottages could have been better. You can either switch on the ac or keep the main door open for the ventilation. There are no other options.
