Good staffs but poor room structure

The staff are very helpful and ready to assist in any request. But the room is bit smaller the worst part is there is no bathroom or toilet attached. Which is very inconvenient for anyone. Hope they should advise it in the hotel details before booking.

Hotel staff were not knowledgeable enough. They even don’t know that i have booked through makemytrip. I have to share entire page and every thing to justify myself that i booked with makemytrip cleanness was very bad. Toilet was dirty and filty. The lack of staff and zero knowledge of service.

Terrible Stay

I booked. When i reached to the hotel reception tell us no room available. After requesting many time they provided me a un ready room where we stay. The room was uncleaned. The bed sheet was darty. And the bathroom was terrible. One window is broken down.
