Ac not working and toilet not clean

Stay and ambience is good, why i gave 3star instead of 5 con- western toilet sit out was not clean and had yellow stain, toilet floor was slippery. 2. Ac was not functioning properly, it got drip several times. We raised several complaints and still problem was same. 3. No complimentary breakfast available, if it's available would've given atleast 4 star. Pro- villa was good and ambience felt like home initially we felt worth the money but due to ac issue we had to reduce ratings.
