Worst experience at dwarkapuri

After reaching a new city on a rainy day i was dropped in a location near the property. But due to incorrect contact details provided about the property i was unable to find the property for around 40 mins. Finally when asked to check in Mr dheeraj in reception said i cant check in to my room which i had booked 3 weeks in advance as its already been booked by someone else 3 days back. I was asked yo wait in the lobby drenched in rain for more than 30 mins. Then i was asked to check in to another hotel called shiv guest house which was around a km away. I was taken then on a bike by a staff mber while it was raining heavily. Once checked in to the new property called shiv guest house the room was in filthy dirty condition. The bathroom was stinging with foul smell.

The surrounding area of the property was very good, peaceful and calm. The room was spacious and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff was so helpful and cooperative. They provide very good service. Cleanliness and facilities were so good. Suitable for everyone. Must recommend the property to others.

Much care should be taken on electric switch and apparatus. Property is good but little maintenance repair requires.
