Good experience but don’t expect too much of finesse
Pretty spacious rooms and gives you that good heritage feel and the restaurant/lounge is modern concept - so it’s a good mix. Basic hospitality parameters like TV, Cleaning, Geyser can all be much better

It is worst hotel, water was dripping from AC and swimming pool was so dirty. Room was discent. Breakfast was good.

Property is good, rooms are nice! Enjoyed the overall stay. Breakfast spread is fulfilling. Only downside is the crossing train. especially during the night..

Liked the ambience, a very good looking hotel, clean hotel, although the elevator goes through the kitchen.

would never recommend . bad customer service
Very uncourtious staff . They dont have simple Customer service idea . They have asked me to open my luggage for one hand towel , God knows if they have put it in bathroom at first place or not . Room service attendant was hostile too . Stay out of this property.

Our stay was nothing short of comforting, regal, and truly unforgettable. My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The in-house restaurant and bar added the perfect touch to our memorable getaway.

Amazing experience.
It was a very great experience. Room service was good but it was available till 11:45 pm. You can enjoy clubbing and pool parties on weekends and every corner was a piece of art. The staff was very cooperative and well behaved. Overall it was a nice experience being in D'yore hotel.

Terrible Stay
Already shared the pathetic experience here. Smoke free room was requested which was not ready and has lot of smell. Secondly the main door lock was not opening each time we had to spend 15mins to open the door n get out of the room. The washroom hand jet was leaky. The geyser had limited hot water supply had to wait for very loong for the hot water. Overall it was not a pleasant stay. The hotel is very very old and needs some renovation.

Uncomfortable bed & too noisy.
family1. The entrance of the hotel. You have to enter the restaurant then a bar then move to the kitchen back area to get into a dumb waiter to go up to the 2nd floor. I had to leave early morning and they closed all doors of the kitchen and shut the bar, so i can’t use the lift. So i had to go take a wild guess to go to first floor and then find the staircase and then come down. Very dangerous in case of emergency. 2. There’s a railway line nearby and the windows and doors are not sound proof, you can guess the rest. 3. The bed is too uncomfortable, it’s a really bad quality spring mattress, which just keeps making wobbly noises even if you move an inch. 4. Have still given average, cu z of good staff behaviour and good food. I think a little bit of renovation would turn it into a great place. Good luck.
