Location is in prime spot, exactly on google map. Everything is good. Food is not tried there. Basic amenities are there.

Me and my friend stayed here for our first night in the northeast india. It was great. Cozy, homy and the staff was incredible. Pretty safe for female travellers as well. Will stay again :) Doesnot have a elevator on the third storey, so if anyone has that problem you must be careful. But the place is very well worth the value. Prathu da takes such amazing care for travellers. He helped me arrange my travels for the next day as well.

I had booked Eastin Homestay. On 19th morning I got a call from the hotel that they are transferring me to another property of the same owner citing reason of technical issue. I had terrible experience here. They accommodated me in the second floor and no others occupants are there. They were unable to provide meals in the room and I had to go outside to have it. On midnight of 19th april, unnatural thing happened and I waked from sleep. Suddenly the room lights were switched on and before this I was feeling the atmosphere in the room very strange. I had to call the waiter to sleep in the room. Whole night I could not sleep properly and the next day I could not concentrate my work for which I had gone to Guwahati.
