While doing the check in the rooms are not ready.. without bed sheet and garbage through out the room. Services are very poor. The pictures given and the actual room is really different with old furniture.

property is at good location. but need more imrpovement to make clean and hygienic. and lots in maintenance manner like seepage seen on walls, replacement of malfunctioning light fixtures, hot water in guest room not available etc.

It was awesome, so hygienic. I like the staff since I kept my luggage at the lobby and took it in the evening. They offered me a room to get fresh n up and change after office before I leave for my travel.

rooms was big with good kitchen and sitting area bathroom are also big and good light in all rooms

it's a perfect place if you are looking for proximity to Thaltej, Gurudwara, satellite road, jodhpur gaaam etc a lovely service apartment with a functional kitchenette is a bliss when you are travelling with a kid. staff is extremely courteous especially front desk managed by Gajendra Singh . he helped us with Taxi booking for my early morning flight. it was Navratri and we were walking in at 2am /3am exiting to board flight at 3am and staff ws alert , smiling and courteous . their cleaning team also ensures your stay is neat and clean.. Rooms - decently sized. functional kitchenette available with microwave, dishwasher, fridge , heat plates space is cleaning and hygienic location- perfect for the current trip staff- the best.. courteous and efficient perfect for family with kids

I love ebony Residency Ahmedabad I have not seen this kind of helpful staff atmosphere restorent very impressive and fantastic after that hotel rooms washroom attached kitchen like a doimend stylish wow I have never seen in all ...thanks very much hotel ebony and his staff..love you

The room is spacious. Bed was comfortable and the linen was neat and clean

Location is good. We didn't eat anything as we were there for a family function. Room was ok. Only the bed was queen size and we we had a small kid 3yrs. So we had difficulty sleeping on the small bed. The bed sheet was also a bit dirty. Bathroom was clean. Otherwise it's a good property just needs a little maintenence.
