Every bad, not suitable for family. The caretaker is very rude, and doesn't know how to behave with customers. Not a safe place for women to stay. Because you can see many men drinking in the corridors. The host will not provide rooms on time. We had to wait for an hour to get the room. Rooms are nothing like the pictures listed on MakeMyTrip. Very dirty rooms, washrooms are unbearable. Totally very bad experience.

Staffs are nice. overall experience is good. Especially if you are from out of Chennai looking for T Nagar shopping experience this is the best location for stay.

There was no food service, and with a small child, this was a major problem. It would have been much better if the hotel offered at least basic meals or had tie-ups with nearby restaurants, like Marina Residency in Kochi, where they connect you to nearby hotels or provide phone numbers to order food easily. I strongly recommend that Eco Stay consider improving guest experience by: Providing food or at least breakfast on-site Partnering with nearby restaurants and providing a menu with contact numbers Having a small in-house shop or access to essential items for families The stay would have been much smoother if such services were available. Everything is good but the room smells like cigarettes which is not good for family stay

Initially i booked for Eco stay apart hotel in T. Nagar, ( PG Illam). the check -in time is 12 pm, due to some traffic delays, I went at 2 pm. i called the contact number and asked about address, just to confirm after reaching there. he told room is not available. i booked paying for 2 bhk apart hotel. he said room is not available. it was a great disappointment for me. He directed me some other Eco stay, now it’s teebro or something. there he gave 2 separate rooms, its ok. next day morning, in one room no water in wash basin, after some time. black water came for sometime. in another room. hottest water in wash basin, tolilet and bath. on the following day it was ok overall very disappointing that after collecting money well ahead, how can he say that rooms are filled very unhappy about this
