One of the best experience I had... We stayed there for 2 nights 3 days Every day they altered bedsheet, pillow sheets... Room was very clean... Room service is also very very good... Also the food was great in taste

Average Stay
It was a very ordinary old hotel near railways station. Noting great about it except that they provided toiletries. Towels were very old and turned grey in colour. Breakfast was ok as per hotel pricing.

We had booked a premium room, but instead we were given a club room, which had very limited space. We had booked a premium room to ensure we had a good amount of space. The gate locks were faulty.

Good Stay.
It was a pleasant stay. The staff were polite and very active. The service was outstanding! The food quality was top notch. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast buffet options. Overall, I had a pretty good stay. I would definitely book again when I visit Lucknow.

Poor Stay
the room in which I stayed or the towards the room from the reception was very dirty and some bad smells are also there There is a problem of electricity in night and there are no power back up with them

Nice Hotel Near Charbagh Railway Station
Hotel was clean, Staff was helpful, got free upgrade and breakfast was very nice. Only issue was with water leaking in washroom which was a bit annoying but hotel staff paid attention and tried to fix the issue the best they can.
