One of worst service waste of money.
One of the worst hotel, nobody pick the call and not stayed in hotel because location is wrong.

Location good but room dirty bad smelling horrible service even don't know how to provide basic facilities not worth to stay nothing much to roam around never try this place bathroom horrible tv not working.

This is 12 rooms cottage model resort located at poomala which is 7 kms away from nearest town Wadakkanchery. The property is adjacent to a dam named pathazhakundu. There is an in house restaurant which can serve you food as per your need. The breakfast was limited and there were power issues during the night. Good for outdoor family functions. The service was OK but lack professionalism.

Road to resort is OK but more interesting with a ride above the dam. Good place for kids. Picturesque area with greenery. At the time of visit water in dam was less. Enjoyed swimming pool. We took the economical room which was very small near to reception. Room was average with hot water supply, ample plug points, old style TV with cable connection. WiFi available. Tree house, children's play area, scenic view, background music all are plus points. I think I will be able to give 5 stars in rainy season. Staff were very friendly.

Please avoid this place. No generator. No TV. No WiFi. Room full of ants and stinking. Broken closets. Worst place to be. Looks good from outside but stinks inside. They overcharged me and it was a total waste of money. There's no cancellation.

Best place for scenic, resort and pleasant stay. It was awesome. Safe-river side location and splendid scenes. Hygienic, hospitality and food and location is tremendous, it is just 10 km away from Thrissur, hence can see the places in around Thrissur and you can have a soothing and relaxing stay which separates you away from town rush.

Really nice place for a good retreat when looking for a break. This hotel is situated next to a big lake and surrounded with lush green trees and plants. I wish to drop into this hotel again. Only concern is about the Hotel staff who are slow in processing any of the requests.

We booked Eden Valley through MakeMyTrip. The resort was nicely tucked away from the city, yet close to Thrissur and Guruvayoor. The resort staff were extremely courteous and the SPOC, Shine helped us extremely with the stay. The MakeMyTrip offer of 30 percent off, made this an excellent offer for us.

The Hotel location was good and the resort was well maintained. However, the tent(Swiss Cottage) where we stayed didnt have hot water facility. There were food restrictions in the tent which was kind of frustrating because of which we had to go to the restaurants each time to have food. They were hardly 3-4 varieties of food to choose from and the food was also not up to the mark. Though we had booked two similar tents, one room had a wooden coat with normal mattress and the other one had an iron coat with thinner mattress. The ventilation and privacy in the tent was also a concern as it was set-up pretty close to each other. There are still lot of improvements needed.
