Booked the hotel expecting a premium experience (the name surely sets high hopes) — only to be reminded not to judge a hotel by its brand. At check-in, we had to *request at the reception* just to get someone to take our luggage — quite an impressive start! We booked a room for three and asked for one extra coffee mug; were told to call number 3, and the person assured it would be sent. It never arrived till checkout. Housekeeping and room service seem to be just for display, though the restaurant staff and food were genuinely good. Overall, for the price they charge, one would expect far better service. If this is the “premium experience,” better to look elsewhere — at least you might get that extra mug there!

Effotel Sarola spacious modern rooms. Front office staff are polite, helpful and responsive. it was a well located stay

The stay was good, everything was fine . But the dining (was ordered Awadhi Mutton was not worth 3 pieces with bones only) not really enjoyed

sayaji brand is best but room service is bad.....in executive room two single bed joint in king bed not comfortable for couple.....and aslo not toiletries ready in room

Rooms are clean and stay was pleasant. Staff is polite. Points to improve is should provide enough towels for twin occupancy rooms.

The hotel is good and well maintained. However, it was having very unpleasant smell in the washroom, which was making it very uncomfortable to use it.

main door lock not working, no sleepers, no towel, in room dinning takes more than hour, always confusion in smoking & non-smoking room, booked double occupancy but towel/toiletries are always for single person

new and much needed hotel.... well located in the Shirwal area. Rooms are spacious, clean and and well furnished. staff is attentive and helpful. Break fast had a good spread and food quality is excellent. excellent value for money. highly recommended
