Very inconvenient approach with difficulty in locating the room and reception after entering the premises. Breakfast was provided far from the room, and room service was denied despite it being a paid breakfast. The condition of the in-room items was also poor. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable.

Pleasant comfortable stay. Stadium view from the room is excellent. The club is organizing a number of sports say cricket,food ball, skating etc and viewing all those activities from is an wonderful experience. Watching cricket tournament in the night is added flavour during stay. Roof top garden at 5th floor is beautiful. One drawback - non availability of hot water for bath.

It's ok ok staying
The room is good, but some of the amenities are not in working Hygiene is very good The suit room does not have adequate space and Meeting with the customers is not allowed inside the room. Parcels are not allowed to keep at reception where our room is booked.

businessAll of a suddend ac stopped working. We were shifted at mid night. Then again shifted to the same old room in the morning. Room was changed in the afternoon next day

Room service is not good enough. Terrible experience at night 1:30am, ac is not working and we have shifted to another room that was very stinky. Let's come to the complimentary breakfast. There was 2-3 food items which is not suitable for this huge amount of suite fare!

Ac was not working, the entry exit if the hotel was too complicated had to walk a lot for simple entry exit as few lifts were not working. Terrible stay will not recommend this to anyone
