Good service but place not satisfactory according to the money charged

My recent stay at ecostay lonavala casa de rev a was decent, the cook were prompt the caretaker baburao was very helping and did his services well. But despite the promising pictures and descriptions, the reality was quite different. Firstly, the cleanliness of the villa left much to be desired. There were noticeable flies all over and on surfaces. It was clear that thorough cleaning hadn't been done. Secondly, the amenities advertised were either outdated or not functioning properly, the air conditioning was absent in the living room which also has a open kitchen making it difficult to sit, and some kitchen appliances outdated. Overall, our experience at ecostay lonavala casa de rev a fell short of expectations. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service. Unfortunately, i cannot recommend this villa to others until significant improvements are made.
