i appreciate your response, but i must express my deep disappointment and frustration over the villa’s condition. while the caretaker has been polite and helpful, the state of the property was shockingly poor and nothing like the pristine photos advertised on your platform. on such an important occasion—my birthday, no less for a memorable experience, even inviting guests. instead, we arrived to a villa that was unkempt, with dusty beds, stained linen, and a dirty pool. it was embarrassing for me and disappointing for my guests, as the villa was far from what was promised. attached are the photos and a video showcasing the unacceptable conditions. despite efforts to capture the extent of dust and filth, pictures simply do not do justice to the reality of the situation. it is disheartening to even have to document these issues.
