Really its a glorious stay. This resort made my day so memorable. Nice interior designs. Rooms are well maintained. Front office staff is so polite in answering all questions. Good room service. Wonderful stay.

Excellent Resort. Wonderful infrastructure. Rooms are well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean. Front office staffs are so polite in welcoming. And also during check in and check out. Good hospitality. Made the trip, so memorable.

Not too fancy. Outer atmosphere is good. Rooms are just ok. Room service needs to improve. Staff are courteous. But are slow in providing service.

The check in check out process was hassle free. Rooms were ok. They have tried something. Coming out the bathroom is slippery and not safe. Chance of falling down is very high. I fell down and lucky to escape with bruises.

The hotel is newly renovated but hotel rooms colours should be changed as it is dark colour. Hot water and towel in room should be provided.

Nice place but facilities are not so good. Room and ac good. Bath room not well maintained. I never seen such a soap given for use. Can't even hold it. Staff hospitality good. Restarunt average.

Property as such is good, food served is fine, but is on the higher side. We've been allocated rooms that are attached to the marriage hall, since we wanted our rooms to be close. I believe the cottages they have would be better than the ones we stayed.

Terrible Stay

I checked in on 19th novmeber around 5 am. By the time we reached there, our room was allocated to someother guest and they made us wait for a while and gave us another room, which was not that great and since i have checked in the next day i've asked for an hour extension but they dint provide me.
