Property is located very near to mountain where one can view snowfall. Hospitality is nice but room was too too cold and charge of the room heater was near with my booking charge itself.

I booked ellena for 3 night stay for manali trip. They charged a quite high price but when i got to check in they provided me a room in a lodge neighboring the hotel. It was a 10 x 10 feet room with very poor facilities however booked it as a deluxe room. When escalated the concerns to hotel staff and requested to shift me in the main hotel rather than this poor facility, they stared arguing and said that it is a non refundable booking and u have to stay here only else talk to mmt. After a long exercise the issue was shorted by mm t but i had to stay that night in that room. And again i have to book another room for remaining 3 days which was another pain during the end year time. Users must avoid this hotel. Can suggest one better hotel in manali i. E. Hotel highland.
