Title: A Blissful Stay at Elephant Passage Resort Our stay at Elephant Passage Resort was truly unforgettable. We chose the Jacuzzi Cottage, and it turned out to be a dream getaway. The cottage came with a private jacuzzi, allowing us to relax and unwind while surrounded by nature’s beauty. Nestled in the heart of the forest, the resort offered the perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. The natural elements, from the lush greenery to the serene ambiance, made the experience magical. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, giving us peace and luxury together. It was a beautiful escape that felt both refreshing and memorable in every way.

We didn’t enjoy the food here. We stayed in other similar resorts during this trip and felt the service was much better in those resorts.

The location of the property is good. The food was amazing. The room service was kind of average, when we got the room it wasn’t really clean, the pool was not maintained very well (they said the filters was broken)

Met with some difficulties to reach the resort using Google Map ..Then I found the exact location with the help of local people... But the stay was awsome...

Had a very memorable visit. The staff was helpful and polite, making us feel very welcome from the outset

Review title : In the nature’s lap Review : We were looking for a holiday in nature to cool down from day to day hectic life of Bangalore. Due to shortage of time we decided to go to places near to Bangalore and Munnar was the chosen destination. A few chat sessions with friends and family gave a list of possible resorts to stay. But life throws surprises always. When we logged into MakeMyTrip to finalise the stay, there popped up the Elephant Passage Resort. Needless to say we were clean bowled. We booked it instantly and also grabbed a descent discount. Many resorts look good in picture and will be totally different in reality. Not the Elephant Passage Resort. The resort is at the top of a hill near Anachal few kilometres away from the busy Munnar. You will be fully in the lap of nature, with its cool breeze, playful rains, talking trees and chirping birds. The room had a sit out where we enjoyed the distant play of sun and clouds near the hills. The resort has a beautifully curated walk way with lots of flower plants. It also has a small swimming pool and gym. There is a set of indoor play things for both kids and adults. The restaurant at the top has both indoor and outdoor seatings. The quality and taste of food were top notch. There were enough varieties, so we didn’t need to look for other hotels even they we stayed for four nights. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. All the staff members are friendly and make sure you enjoy the stay. A boating facility is at a walkable distance. Other tourist destinations are just a hour away and with the nice roads of Kerala it will be a pleasure to drive by. All in all we loved the stay. If you want to be with nature and away from all the hurry burry this is the place to go. Regards, Vaishali and Ravi

Our stay at Elephant Passage, Munnar was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the serene atmosphere and the beautiful aesthetic of the property—it truly feels like a perfect escape into nature. The cleanliness of the rooms and surroundings was outstanding, and every corner of the resort is so thoughtfully maintained. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish carrying authentic flavors and incredible taste. The service throughout our stay was top-notch; the staff were warm, attentive, and made sure every little detail was taken care of. A special highlight was the candlelight dinner they arranged for us—it was magical and made our trip even more memorable. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and highly recommend Elephant Passage to anyone visiting Munnar for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.

it was altogether a splendid experience staying at elephant passage. Suresh indeed is a nice chap and the perfect one for service. when it comes to delivering patron delight he leave no stones unturned.

Nice and comfortable stay. The premices were neat and clean. Room service was good. Greenery all around. Pool experience was also nice. Only one suggestion is that, need to be bit more kid Friendly. Loved the overall experience.

The resort is located in an Excellent location. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. We really never expected the food in such good taste and quality. Will come in a few months one more time.

This Property is perfect for Munnar’s real experience, cool climate visited during September. Very Good for Families with kids as well, Food is also very Good and staff is helpful, location is the 10/10 for winters.

Excellent property with excellent dining experience. Lots of amenities to cater to all ages. Highly recommended for families. Though a bit far from central Munnar there are a lot of things to do nearby. Exploring Munnar from here should be planned properly though.

Worst Experience,my room phone was not working from very first day i asked then to change it they never bother to look for it even calling them like 4 times and the manager in this hotel don’t have any idea what he will reply to the guest
