It was good and safe i recently stayed at elgin suites, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The staff was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure every need was promptly addressed. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to suit all palates. Large rooms with excellent location. No food but plenty of restaurants nearby. Big mall. Good lobby with sofa. Toilet accessories to be improved. No complimentary bottled water. Big tv with all entertainment subscriptions. No balcony but just few steps away from road.

Yes, everything was fine, but provision should be there for drinking hot water. A flask in each room for hot water should be there.

Then room was gud, staffs were cooperative, location was gud, only there was a problem in toiletry kit which was not given to us. There should be proper kit with soap, shampoo, tooth brush and comb

The place is located in a very prime locality with mall and eateries around. The rooms are well maintained and clean. Safe for family accommodation. The caretaker is helpful and polite. No food is served. You will have to order it from swiggy or zomato. Very neat to subhashchandra bose residence.

Manager sub-as shaw of elgin suites knocking the door at mid night 7times then he called so many times for some money bcoz they are charging extra for early ch k in and our booking time was 12pm full paid thtswhy. It’s fine no issues but this is not the way to call at midnight. Safety matters behaved very bad to us am with my wife he is saying u are a cheater and main part is when i said please give us bill he is saying no we are not providing any bill not possible also he silent thin i said why it’s not possible he started arguing with me through argument i said give me your owner number he is saying why why why am manager talk to me one more thing same day also sub-ha shaw manager quarrel-led with another guest but hotel room was clean other staff was so good

Location was very good food we did not eat here amenities are very poor, not even a facility for morning tea. No kettle in the room, they have a premix tea machine and i wanted a sugarless tea, as i have diabetes. But they did not make one. Bathrooms were not clean enough. Overall not a good experience.
