Subject: unacceptable stay at elite banquet - booking - refund requested dear team, i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at hotel elite boitueq satara on 22 nd may 23rd checkout. I had booked an ac room with the expectation of a comfortable stay, especially considering the summer heat. However, upon arrival, i was appalled to discover that the ac in the room was malfunctioning. This issue persisted even after i was switched to a different room. Not only did neither room have functioning ac, but the ceiling fan was also sluggish and barely provided any relief. To make matters worse, the table fan they offered as a temporary solution didn't even have a power outlet, and there was no inverter backup for the entire night. Despite repeated complaints, the hotel management completely disregarded our concerns. This blatant negligence left us with no choice but to endure a sweltering night, completely ruining our stay. Furthermore, we were charged for breakfast that was supposedly included in our booking. This adds insult to injury, considering the overall experience. This experience falls far below the standards i expect. I am requesting a full refund for this stay. The discomfort and frustration we faced due to the malfunctioning ac, inadequate fans, lack of power, and unresponsive management is unacceptable. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution. I have attached photos/ (if applicable) as evidence of the malfunctioning ac and room conditions.
