I had a pleasant stay. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making the experience comfortable from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all amenities. Housekeeping maintained excellent hygiene throughout my stay. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which offered a great variety. The hotel’s location was convenient, close to major attractions yet peaceful inside. I also appreciated the quick room service and the overall ambience of the property. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lonavala.
