As many others have stated that this is very old property and maintenance is major issue, i agree to that but looking at the price point, this was great stay. Excellent location, very spacious rooms and other areas, staff was very polite and helpful. I want to make it a point that food was not upto the mark.

This a budget friendly hotel. The rooms are very spacious; can easily accommodate 4-6 people in a single room itself. The property is bit old but huge and value for money. The food is also decently priced; not too expensive. It's totally worth if you really want to stay for a day or two with your friends or family. Best resort in panchgani. Wonderful location, food and service are good. Pool of amenities and very cleaned common areas. Only needs to spend on maintenance on resort.
