Very awful experience, total waste of money, complete tortourous stay with BED BUGS, and FAILED AC at 55 degrees summer and arrogant manager!!! We were staying with our 1.2 months daughter, and this was the worst experience we ever had at an airbnb!! 1. It is around 50 degrees, and the ac was not working, additionally there were bed bugs which made surviving the night, very unbearable that too with a 1 year old baby 2. handle locks to the doors are not working 3. When we talked to the care taker , he didnt agree and completely denied and didnt accept any of these 4. Talked to the manager and they said , its not possible there are no bed bugs, ac is also working . They didnt even bother to come and check , just completely denied on our faces 5. Asked us to check out 2 hours before the check out time, over all of this. 6. Total waste of money, and the WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!!
