Hotel room condition avarage, dining is good, but room service is not satisfactory. For one day stay, half a liter of water is provided by the service staff. I think drinking water should be free, but in this hotel, drinking water has to be paid for. That's not good.

Rooms are good but electrical maintenance is not done. Fans are making noise, AC blower Noise. Food Taste is not that great. Strongly recommend not to order food from Room Service and Hotel Restaurant.

Hello, my experience with booking with MMT was good. However, when I reached the hotel, they gave me a room which is not as per the photo. The room was very small. There was no wardrobe to keep my clothes. The walls had stains and the bed was unusually high. I then contested that please refund my money or give me another room. First, they said that on the same floor, they do not have a wardrobe Vala room so they can give me a room next day on the another floor. However, when I when I insisted that I am leaving, they gave me the room next-door the next room to my existing room, and that room was a spacious room with a cupboard. Looks like when it is booked . This guy try their luck by giving some some non-standard room to the customers, if he accepts fine, that’s the policy looks like. I expressed this to the staff over there as well, thank you.

I checked in early in the morning, and they helped me a lot. The place was awesome and pleasant. They were friendly, too.

Its was really wonderful stay at Emersion residency. Food was also very tasty and fresh. Service was really quick. Checkin checkout is seamless experience.
