We have stayed here overnight and found it excellent. Though the location is a bit away from city its recommendable for a comfortable stay.

Everything was nice. Water was not provided. When we buy it, they charged more for printed Mrp bottle. Other things were fine.

Extremely happy with the hotel. Rooms are well designed. Clean and well maintained. Food provided was very tasty. Overall it was much beyond my expectations. We had a memorable stay there and definitely in our next visit without doubt we will choose this hotel.

Booked a suite room for 3 adults and the room was spacious and clean. They have kept all the required things from toiletry to towels neatly. Only flaw was they should have arranged the 3rd additional bed in advance or i assume 3 pax suite by default should have 3 beds. Have not tasted their food. Not much shops nearby as it is located in small town. Good for calm stay.

We as a family enjoyed our stay at empire residency. Being a new property, cleanliness was superb. The staff at the reception was also very supportive. Enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are spacious and good service but room is not fit for senior citizens our suit room was in 1st floor but after reaching the room door we have to take 3 steps down. As room is below the floor level. And bathroom is 3 feet high and we have to clii-mp 3 steps for senior sitisond like us room is unsuitable

Nothing as safety, no shower bath as no hot water. No mineral water, poor cleanliness, poor staff strength, but the only good thing was the available two guys were hard working and trying there best.

It's Worth for your money. However in Kerala room service is not good may be due to the labour issues. You have to wait for front desk staff to come and See your arrival and allot a room.

Staff very cordial especially Mr. Cibin. Bathrooms not up to the mark. Bad smell. We expected more clean linen from a four star hotel. We stayed only for a night. Ok for a night.

This is a 3star hotel which is being managed in lines with a simple lodging facility. Reception, staff is absent on many occasions. Understaffed front office. The common areas and corridors to rooms ac is not on. Restaurant &room service average.
