The hotel rooms are very good. But service are very poor. No breakfast timings. No water supply, no hot water. Very poor service

The hotel denied check-in despite confirmed booking. Shameful customer servicing both by mm t & empire square.

Despite paid booking voucher with us, the hotel was full and did not allow entry. We had nowhere to go at late night in jalandhar cold. Really sad and shameful both for hotel empire square & mmt.
