I had high expectations from a hotel under the Sayaji brand, but my recent stay at Enrise by Sayaji was deeply disappointing and frustrating.
No Bellboy Assistance: Upon arrival, there was no one to help with the luggage. A basic service expected from any decent hotel was completely missing.
Unreasonable Parking Arrangement: Guests are expected to park way too far from the property. To make matters worse, I had to wait for 20 minutes in the parking lot — no assistance, no communication.
Breakfast Disappointment: The breakfast service was appalling. No à la carte options, no eggs, no omelettes — it's hard to believe a hotel of this scale can’t serve the most basic items.
Zero Room Service: No option for room service, which is a standard across even mid-tier hotels these days.
Poor In-Room Amenities: The room telephone didn’t work properly, making it difficult to even contact reception.
Terrible Switchboard Design: The light switches are placed under the pillows, requiring you to physically slide down the bed and dig your hand into the gap just to switch off a light. Who approved this layout? It's beyond inconvenient — it's absurd.
