Resort is right at the heart of courtallam rooms are spacious and clean. Food could have been better but service at the bar is wonderful

Good location and good staff and all workers, especially the front office staff mariappan was very helpful in guiding us. Need to improve the breakfast thats the only thing lacking.

The service and dealings of staff were good. But three were no bath room towels. Drinking water and glasses were not provided at rooms. Bath rooms were good and neat. Location of the resort is very good

Room is not so clean. Breakfast below average. North indian employees were eating food kept for guests with their bare hands. No lunch or dinner provided in their restaurant. No live kitchen available so depended cloud kitchen. Its expensive rate for the kind of facility offered.
