The safety measures taken by the hotel staff were good. On reaching the reception free masks n sanitizer were given for the safty. Location is very good. Food preparation n quality is excellent. Staff is very cooperative and room service is very gud. They should have their gen set for regular supply of electricity. This is the only drawback

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Location was near to Naddi view point and such a peaceful restaurant place. Food is also very good. Staff behavior was excellent, they treated very well. So, overall experience was amazing.

Since this hotel has only 5 rooms. So you will enjoy good hotel staff attention. No window view but if you get the room at top floor you will get good mountain views. Good and spacious room. Recommended for family stay.

A good place to visit if you are visiting Naddi or Mcleodganj. Does not have much rooms, but one cannot care less about this as once the booking is done you are assured of the room availability. The rooms are nice and well lit. The staff is just amazing. The helper boys were just amazingly well behaved, courteous and polite. Will definitely recommend a stay.
The room was good and had ample space. The bathroom and it's fittings were good as well.

Everything was great except the mountain view which was obstructed by other taller buildings.
Mountain view was hindered by nearby taller buldings as this property was just Good.

Ess & Bee was well situated in Naddi which was in upper dharamshala where temperature was better than the main city. The view from the terrace restaurant was really good with hills overlooking from one side. The staff were really good. The food was good and at reasonable price. The rooms were well maintained. Overall we had a great stay.
Great staff and service. Room was well maintained and people were very courteous and helpful.
