We booked this 3BHK apartment for a two-day stay to meet some nearby hospital requirements. Though our schedule didn’t allow us to fully enjoy all the facilities provided, we thoroughly appreciated the comfort and thoughtfulness of the space. It’s truly impressive how well this apartment caters to the needs of a family, every detail has been meticulously considered, leaving nothing lacking. Whoever designed and furnished this space clearly put a lot of care into making it both functional and welcoming. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property for families seeking a comfortable and well-equipped stay. While the common areas like lifts and corridors could use better maintenance, the apartment itself is exceptionally elegant and well-kept.

Stay was excellent. Amenities and the ambience is just as shown in the photos. My family thoroughly enjoyed. It's a great option to select your stay at trivandrum. Highly recommend.

We travel-led as a family for a function and stayed at evara. It's really a feel at home experience. With lots of amenities. Rooms were neat and clean. Water for utilisation is too soft that we can feel it while using. We even made our own breakfast. As we are traveling with 1 yr old kid we cooked at her meals for her. Located in prime location and easily accessible for us. Need to mention about the host who was very friendly and kind. Overall a 5* stay
