Fairly ok. But we had to face one difficulty as we were 3 adults. We booked for 3 adults in a standard room. We assumed another cot with bedding will be provided but we find that the bedding will be on floor only as this room is small. If this information is indicated while booking it would be beneficial to take suitable action by us by choosing bigger room or will take 2 stand rooms. Again provision of for hot water facility in bath room shud be improved

It was sudden plan, i never seen this much politeness from staffs, even i asked to wake me at 6am, they called me sharply on time, overall it's friendly atmosphere, best place to stay and roam trichy, neatly maintained bed and glamorous room. It's enough, if i stay again i share my review again, thank you

The hospitality was excellent. This hotel is placed among two nice restaurants and eatery was not a problem. The staff, room service were very courteous. All promised facilities were in place. Wonderful experience.

It was a convenient stay and location was also very convenient for my purpose.
I had stayed three times in this hotel and service is improving and location convenient for purpose. Towels needs replacement as some of them were torn and given on request. Morning bed tea or coffee is not served hot. Other wise it was a very stay.

Everything is simply awesome very nearby to all you need excellent location service food needs cleanliness many mnay things so for family thats the best hotel. Especially value for money. Rely had a good experience.

Had a pleasant stay. Calm! Only drawback was the network coverage. Airtel signal was very weak like no signal at all. At night WiFi did not work. Other than that everything was perfect. Sure is a very good place to stay.

Super hotel to stay. I'm staying three times in this hotel. Clean room Bath room also superb 24 hr hot water. AC working .. Very nice room .. Near Chennai Madurai had high way and near by so many small restaurant and banana leaf available ..

More value for money. Room service and reception people are good. Breakfast is very nice. Authentic breakfast served to room itself. Room is quite clean and convenient. Even my kid liked the room. Overall it is very good hotel.

Was very anxious on the quality before check-in, but was pleasantly surprised. Good location that I could reach even in the middle of the night. Well made and kept room. A very decent breakfast included and served in the room. Overall good place to stay for biz traveller in Trichy

The stay was pretty comfortable, cosy and tidy, located in a prime place. The staff to were decent in responding. However, the complimentary breakfast wasn't that great. The overall experience was good.

Positives: 1. Clean room 2. Very polite staff 3. Good location, near airport, access to all major destinations in Trichy. 4. Famous restaurant is next to it. 5. No one is expecting tips for room service. Negative: I really do not know what is negative! May be small room. But it's enough for 2 people.
