Review Of EXOTICA BEACH RESORT

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The property is vast but poorly maintained, with insects everywhere. The room was full of mosquitoes and even lizards, and none of the appliances worked. Room service was extremely poor, and the staff, especially the property manager, were outright rude they ignored my complaints and did not even answer calls. Overall, highly disappointing and not recommended at all.

It was good but at night We need more lights during rain. Services are ok Food Is awesome

When I reach to resort some short circuit has happen and when they have given another room ac is not working properly we have complaint but not get any response food quality is good

Worst ever experience we had during our stay in this hotel. About rooms - We opted for 6 AC rooms with sit out, very small room as compared to cost, found too highly priced AC was not functioning in 2 of our rooms, water taps not working, poor cleanliness/ house keeping, Poor hospitality, staff did not pay attention to customers grievances Swimming Pool not available, pics on website are of different location, which we got to know after checking in No proper Amenities, recreation areas don’t have fans and was troublesome during our stay and we had to go somewhere else in a cool place to beat the heat Property doesn’t even have washrooms in the outer area, one has to walk to their respective rooms when in need Team did not serve us breakfast for being just 5 mins late as per the given timetable of 10 am, not date at all All in all, not at all worth the price, you have way better options available in half the price I would rate - 0 to this experience

Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are very small as compared to the price (~9K per night). Also the bed is small, so if travelling with kid, it will be cramped. Food is good, staff is polite and helpful. Property in general need maintenance for its wooden and iron furniture. Location is very good, 2 mins walk to the beach

Hardly any water pressure in the bathroom. There was no water in the taps at 5:30 so I had to go out, wake up the guy. The person, Rishi, was super arrogant and rude. His response - ho jaata hai tanki khaali..hum jaan bujh ke nahin karte just wow!! the only saving grace was the courteous staff at the reception.

Good stay for family and for nature lovers. I would recommend this as per my experience. 10 out of 10.

property is awesome and right next to the beach. Food and staff both are excellent. Cottages are a little small though.

Location wise it's as near as it could be near the beach. Service staff were good & polite. The room did not meet the expectations for its price.

Location is best as beach was accessible, hotel property from inside is great, food was good. Services were not the best as getting in touch with staaf was tough, the prices for per night was too much for such property so due to that i wont recommend it to anyone.

Staying at Exotic was good experience. The resort location is simply stunning, the rooms were spacious and clean and the hospitality was good. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

stay at the cottage was good, food is also good prices very moderate. Flow of water in washroom was a bit slow but overall experience was awesome as the resort is so close to beach I would say just come out and u will the see the beach...

The room wasn't good as compared to costs, and the room was painted the paint smell was coming so much.

Good resort in Diveagar. Easy and nearest access to the beach. Collaborated with MTDC adds value to the resort

The ambience is clean and homely, staff is courteous and good parking facility. Cottages are little cramped for the amount paid.

The resort does not include local thalis. The room condition was average. The staff was good. The overall property was way better than a few years back. There was no play area for kids 5-10 years age. It would be really great if they build a swimming pool. The side tables were too small. The garden outside the room was not maintained.

The place looks very cozy and is very beautiful. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The food was also very good, otherwise it’s difficult for vegetarians in that area.

I had a great time staying at exotica beach resort with my family. Awesome view. Beautiful experience of spending some time in a cottage surrounded by nature. It was so peaceful and relaxing for us. Would love to visit again!
