Terrible Stay
This was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The place was in an absolutely disgusting condition — torn and dirty bedsheets, cockroaches and insects crawling everywhere, and a constant foul smell throughout. The walls and ceiling were damp and peeling, giving the whole place an unhygienic and depressing feel. To make matters worse, the location itself felt shady and unsafe. It was nothing like the pictures shown online. I couldn’t wait to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone — save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

Terrible Stay
the location was perfect. but the hotel is so old and dirty. we book a suite room seepage was there, we even a rat and some insects are there. the hotel crew they are not rude but they are not intrested in their work its seems. the bed was dirty all all the linen was so old. towels was so old and its not even white anymore. pathatic . but their food was good.

Difficult to access
Rooms are very ordinary, ac works, but in toilet no hot water. Only soap is provided.Door lock often chokes. Most bizarre is access, three stories of old mumbai seaface building have to be climbed, then another storie inside hotel, unfit for aged people. Best thing is locality, stones throw from Taj hotel and Gateway, even i had seaview from the window.

Pathetic room and hotel
Very bad experience, stinking rooms, don’t ever book. A very very shady place. Not recommended. Extremely disappointed. Charging so much money and giving this experience. Pls pls pls don’t visit!! It’s horrible.

no clean stairs to reach the hotel
I booked in a hurry .but when I reached the hotel location .. it was on the second floor ... without any lift .... my parents are old still we thought let's go and stay for some time , but when we entered the stair area , it was smelly so bad ( pan masala, toilet etc) that I felt like vomiting . we did not try to go up the stairs then. i don't know how the hotel was because we haven't reached the reception. the only suggestion is that the hotel should also take care of the cleanliness of the passage ... as it was not any public road. having no lift is still manageable. i booked it in around 4k and since we found it not clean at the last moment we did not got to the option to cancel .

Property is not good, lift is not available i have to use stairs to reach at 3 rd floor. Makemytrip should display this things while booking. Invoice system generated was not provide by them, very unprofessional type of hotel. Breakfast also not provided by them.

They gave me only poha in breakfast.Charges was included in my fare still they gave me only poha.Even I told them for Jam bread they didn't send.Hotel is on 3rd floor without lift.80 stairs were there.Please don't waste money to book it

I think they need to improve the hospitality part bed sheets were not changed the bottles for given after an hour unhygienic place I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness and hygiene of the room were far below expectations. The bedsheets appeared unclean, the floors were dusty, and the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the general maintenance of the room was poor and did not reflect the standards one would expect from a hospitality establishment. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the hygiene and upkeep of the property for future guests.
