The experience was better than i expected. The room is con-jested but manageable. Washroom is good. Services were good, only the area around is bad but accessible to other places so that was also fine

Staff are good. But beds have bed bugs. Bedsheets are being changed but on the new pillow covers we could see bed bugs. It has to be looked into. A. C has to be repaired. Very near to us embassy. Boys over there are to be appreciated.

Stay was ok and location is apt for corporate travellers i did not try food pests are present in room hence they need to work on cleanliness geyser, ac was good, water was available

The room booked had no window, no exhaust fan and absolutely no ventilation. It was no better than a pigeon hole. I requested for another room and after much argument, they agreed to allot a family room with good ventilation. But i had to pay rs. 1000- per day extra for the room.

Hotel room was okay, the surrounding place was not good. There was no covered parking as shown in the photos. We parked our car on the road and got a scratch on it. It's okay for one night stay for a visa appointment. The us consulate is close to the hotel

Only location is good if you are travel-ling for vfs or visa services for any country in bk c area, its near by to us embassy and bio-metric for all the countries. Room are worst, small room, bed bugs, bedsheet and towel are not clean, no dental kit or shampoo available just gave 5 rs soap, denied breakfast at 10:05 and gave to other guest who were around, staff is not good, knocking door to check out before the checkout time as other guest were waiting

Totally waist of money. Room was very unhygienic i saw many cockroaches in room i was complaint to reception they change my room other room fan noise is very high and again see many cocokroches on bed or wall i have attached all photo with proof. Pls refund my money.
