The hotel was very good. Air conditioning was running very well. The lights were very good. The only problem with the bathroom is that it has a cockroach. Please cockroach remove from hotel bathroom

The cleaning and infrastructure inside the room was not good. Cockroaches were roaming in the room. Staff behaviour was ok and food was ok too. Overall an average hotel.

there was a terrible water leakage (wash basin) in the attached washroom to the room that was attached to me.no towels were given.i had to go downstairs for asking for water bottle and also the hotel food service sucks as it took a lot of time to prepare the food..

Worst stay experience in this hotel. My booking was paid in advance through make my trip, and check in time is 12 noon same as all hotels have and i have reached after 12 noon but they said no room available and had given room at 7 pm and next they asked me to checkout room at 11am. They dont even have any shame on there bad services. Very rude behaviour of staff and rooms are like jail. Washroom roof has water leakage. I will not recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

Not good hotel, very small rooms did provide water and towel. At 2pm also rooms were not ready to stay. We had one room at 7pm which was not ready to stay.

The location marked was wrong and even the contact number was mentioned in the book. It was a pain to find it. Literally zero amenities, basic things were not available such as water bottles, clean glasses, towels etc. I would never recommend it to anyone

I checked in on saturday with my friends and family to attend an engagement of another friend. There was no water supply. They somehow managed to get the 5ltr water tank for the night. And the next day morning same issue. No water to freshen up. Ordered coffee in the meantime, they have tea and again got coffee in dirty cups. Checked out right away and they have still not refunded the amount.
