No hot water, cockroaches, lift not working. No breakfast. Dirty linen. What more to write. Never considering the same

Very poor service, don’t book

Hi guys, i found the service to be quite poor. I booked a deluxe room worth for one night. When i arrived at the hotel, at the front desk there was no cleanliness, and no electricity, i was given a room on second floor. I myself took all my bags upstairs, no valley boys, when i entered the room it was in extremely poor state. The side tables were unclean, my blanket was unclean. I came out and requested the valley boys (who were also unpresentable) to kindly clean the room. When the manager came i urged him that these things should happen before a guest arrives. To my astonishment he said this is not a five star hotel. They moved me to another room, which was better. But then mat was dirty and the room service did not work, and cockroaches were running across the side table. I had it by then, checked out and booked another hotel, kindly never book in advance for this property.
