I really liked the way the room was maintained and everything was in perfect place however there were few shortcomings which i felt could be improved like the bathroom hanger was broken and the amount of hangers in wardrobe. Thank you

Room is small and some damages in furniture, light etc. Most of the tv channels not working, ac was good.

The property is located at the vicinity location with all access nearby. However the following are the cons: 1. No drinking water facility free and expensive on charge 2. Ac cooling also not appropriate 3. No way of sitting in a room like a table or chairs pros: 1. Easy to commute 2. Lift facility and ambience in the room

They changed the room after one of stay. Did not provide complementary water daily. Charged more than the mrp for the normal water bottles, which they asked us to purchase. No one came for room cleaning. Door knobs and locks were all in poor condition. Poor wifi. Washroom conditions not good. Tv recharge not done. Not enough room lighting. Fan regulators missing. Can't change fan speed. Pathetic service. Bad staff. They have a big black dog at their but they say in details, that no pets are there in the property. Staff is not cooperative.

The staff was not at all polite neither was he considerate. Even the photos do not match with the actual stay area. The rooms were not at all upto the mark.

Rude staff and not even a single facility other than AC. Pillows are too hard to sleep
