3. overall the management cares little about the guests. they even tried to cancel my booking on the night of checkin and told me that the booking hasn’t been confirmed. i had to literally fight and argue to checkin as it was already late at night. also, i had to repeatedly request and remind for breakfast and on the last day, did not even get any breakfast :) for the price paid, room was good and spacious enough. hygiene was extremely poor, bathroom had nothing at all, shower was broken and there was no effort made to fix anything despite bringing it to their notice. i had to continue staying as it was a non refundable booking. at the time of picking up my luggage after checking out, the staff literally forced me to give a “5” rating and took a picture of that. quite unbelievable literally 🤦🏼‍♂️

Location and the behaviour of staff is very good. It is just near to sapna cinema more. Easy to get the location.

Bad experience

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The old ac was noisy, making it hard to sleep. There were small mosquitoes buzzing around the room and bed. The room itself wasn’t clean, with cigarette butts on the floor. The bathroom lock was broken, so i couldn't close the door properly. The tv didn’t have any channels subscribed. Overall, it was the worst experience and a complete waste of money. I do not recommend staying here.
