Terrible Stay
The hotel was not as it was described and service was terrible and the rooms were even more terrible. Had to change rooms once and got an extremely small room

Terrible Stay
I made booking through Makemytrip. They have registered old OYO home stay properties without classified checking of standard rating and proper names of owner of properties are not mentioned. As such charging has been increased almost double compared to OYO charges. It is necessary that Makemytrip being a reputed establishment should classify all properties after proper inspection and then add to their web portal for booking in transparent way to have proper booking by customers and they should have happy stay, rather than getting upset on arrival. I hope senior executive of Makemytrip will look into optimistic way for improvement in their system. This was also reported by me to Makemytrip customer care executive on arrival on 19/07/2025 at Kolkata.
