Few rooms have old ac that doesn't work, fan was missing in one room. The property is nice but the hotel owner has not maintained it well.

Room tiles are broken. And even the wc. They even charge for water. The towel provided by the hotel staff seems to be old and used.

Need to implement better staff. Staff behaviour and hospitality is not that much accurate like hotel industries. Many things are old and not working condition like fittings and doors etc
