Comfortable and clean hotel. Fast check-in. Supportive staff. Breakfast lacked variety but was fresh.

Location is good . But do not believe the photos. Rooms are unclean. Bedsheets are stainy. Hot water not available. Too congested staircase. Breakfast was brought in polythene bag and small paperplates. Definately not worth it.

It was worst staying there, photos shared are different from reality. The room was not even neat and clean, we had to request them to provide basic amenities like towels and soap. And they are using fab franchise name, but the decor was not like fab franchise. I've no idea why it is rated 3 stars. Terrible

Bathroom could have been more clean and towel they given to me was not washed properly they had a black stain all over the towel. Otherwise it was a decent hotel to stay. It is very close to all the location in panchvati. Staff was friendly and helpful.
