The owner of the company was not knowing that we have a complimentary breakfast when i told them then gave me some poha and kachodi without any sauce or sabji on again complaining on it the owner said we don't provide breakfast apke liye diya h bas

The hotel was okay. But the services weren't good at all. The doors of the room were busted and weren't closing properly. Water heater was not working properly. There was problems with water as well. Construction was going on in the hotel during the stay due to which there was a lot of loud noise and we couldn't rest properly. Due to lack of staff the staff wasn't easily accessible easily. Over-counting of tea order. Brought 8 tea cups and counted 10 tea cups in the bill. The bedsheets weren't washed properly and were dirty. Lack of necessary services usually provided in hotels.
