Actually this was not hotel , that was lodge , where room size very small , tv is not working, telephone is not working, have seepage issue, in breakfast they have only bread and tea. after that I forgot my clothes their and then I called him but they said here is not cloths.

nonsense service from makemy trip team
I want a bill with both names of guest. and gst invoice mentioning my company name. now makemytrip ignored it to give both. I have mentioned co traveller name now you denied it. we need this to claim in company. and both things are mandatory. hopeless team

Not a 3 star. Not for business travellers.
Linen, bed, bedsheets were very bad. MMT booking says breakfast, but nothing of that sort mentioned by staff. One good thing they were responsive enough to try and change the linen. But the other ones too were very bad. No eating shops close by. Unless you are there for a couple of hours to just bath and go, don't pick this place. Not worth 1700. Max 750-800 should be ok. Staff were the face save for this place.

The entire property was unhygienic and worst place Without cleaning and full of waste garbages and the picture is completely vary from the live room vision and the bed was so hard and bedsheets are not washed full of bad smell

My room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect – close to public transportation and a few minutes away from the main shopping and dining areas. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious meals, and I enjoyed a great dinner there one night. I was especially impressed with the hotel’s attention to detail, and I felt well taken care of during my entire stay.
