The manager of hotel mr shetti is very good his managment ability very good in future if someone need to stay at same location then i will refer to stay in same hotel. Indeed i liked it and want come again in future

The room was clean and neat, mirror, cupboard available in the room. Telephone, tv, wifi and other amenities mentioned on the hotel decrease were available in the room and were in good condition. Food delivery service available and food quality was good.

The stay is not comfortable. Basic hygiene issues. There is a lot of smell in the room. Also i want to check out the room the next day. But the owner denied to give the refund.

Smelly rooms

Room was smelly, there were bugs and there was water leakage. Property is in industrial area and there's a open drainage system on backside of the property.

Not a good hotel to stay. The services of this hotel are very poor. The behavior of the manager & staff is also very rude. Food quality is also so poor. Cleanness & hygiene is also not maintained. Totally waste of money, if you're coming to stay here. I will suggest that not prefer this property to stay or visit here.

Worst hotel and fake info on make my trip

Room was 80 sq including bathroom! against 150 sq. Ft. Mentioned on mmt. 3rd floor without lift, no service pathetic treatment from reception, breakfast was 20 rs roadside type. While trying to cancel l it before checkinh in, it took 15 min. Of call without any resolution from mm t customer care. Had to unwillingly stay put. Could'nt even sleep properly as it was too small

Very pathetic to see the room condition. Room was smelly and beds are not clean. Dead insects are lied in the room. Ask for arrange any other room but said not available. Only this room you have to manage. Pathetic service experience.
