The room was well maintained and tidy. It was also spacious. However, the location was not remote and also the service has scope of improvement. I found the management a bit complacent. Rest, it was all good.

The location is quite confusing and not good. Accommodation was average and all the amenities weren’t serviceable. Food quality was good. The housekeeping staffs were amicable and helpful.

Hotel was neat but the place it is situated was difficult to commute. Also no breakfast was provided even though i ordered because they said they can't provide breakfast before 9 clock which was disappointing. Receptionist was not attending calls before 9 am. Geyser was working. Overall had a average experience.

The service and rooms are terrible for the price paid. Not even a cab or auto will come down all the way to the hotel entrance. There are spider webs and dust in the room. Even though the toilet is clean the rest of the bathroom is terrible (leaking sink, no soap holder, not napkin, with a big hole and missing exhaust fan, no other toiletries given, no napkins, etc. The breakfast they provide is also quite bad. Don't book this hotel unless you don't have any other choice.

Terrible and completely shady hotel shady location. No approach road have to walk between shanty’s to reach the hotel’s in night feels unsafe no auto no cab from this location. Thank god it was not raining orelse they would have been no road to reach hotel. Fake fab hotel it should be “shab”

Roams are nice but maintenance of roams very low bed sheet having oil stain toilet seats were not properly cleaned no electric kettle in any roams food comes from outside and available after 6 pm

The location, cleanliness, ambience everything was substandard. The hotel was located in a narrow gali of a colony with very limited access to four wheelers. The rooms were dirty, stinking. There were no water bottles, for water they served tap water. Had to buy my own water bottles. I wasn't even provided with soaps and basic toiletries. Not at all fit to be a hotel in the first place. And booking via mm t ought to have some guarantee of services.
