It was a very nice experience for me I love it. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is situated at transport nagar and location is away kanpur road and difficult to reach by public vehicles. Rooms are good and clean. There's no kitchen and fooding is outsourced. Staffs are very humble and cooperative.

From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The check-in process was seamless, and i was greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing welcome drink. The room was immaculate, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality, making for a perfect night’s sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked minibar. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The stay was fine. Very much liked the room, staff was welcoming and helping. Only problem which i faced was there wasn't any telephone to call room service, i had to go down to ask water but in their defenceit wasn't that far and also there wasn't connection for tv. So if u r visiting to watch tv n order room service from room then it's a no no otherwise it's very good.

Hotel is situated in transport nagar where a lot of trucks move on regular intervals. Whole night we could not sleep because of noise. Room was spacious and clean. It is new property and can be maintained much better.

The hotel was good. The rooms were very clean & well maintained, but the service was pathetic, rather very unprofessional. They gave me a room where the keyhole was not working well. Though, overall the hotel was decent.

Horrible and no breakfast despite of paying, the wash room is severely dirty, room was still manageable and feeling security issues but nothing happened.
