The experience was awesome with reasonable price. I also appreciate the staffs hospitality, the way they treat guess is so polite. And the last part is about food is unbelievable. The taste were so good, i hope the taste shouldn't change with the time. .

Comfy and close to everything can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable-the staff was also kind and helpful with anything, with perfect english, so there were no miscommunication issues"the location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre"

Only stayed 1 nights but the hotel has standard rooms and very clean. We arrived before 12pm and we could have a room straight away instead of just dropping the bags in the luggage area! staff was friendly, hotel was nice, room was clean and big enough, space for luggage, tea/coffee offered every day, i didn't expect a breakfast but there was one thank you

I had a wonderful stay! the staff were incredibly attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and i look forward to coming back.

I checked in at 12 am at night and checked out in the morning at 10. 30 am. I think my room was very clean and nice. I had no problem checking in though it was late at night. It was nice stay. The entry towards the hotel is not that good as it is through a small lane and no such board outside. But i don't care much as hotel room was good.

The ambience inside the hotel is good but the hotel surroundings is horrible that made me little unsatisfied other than that the hotel is fine. Good for who comes for us visa process. It is nearby very accessible from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very shady, full of slum and local street shops. Very congested area. Took me 30 mins just to find the hotel

The hotel entrance is through a horrible street with butchers all around. The hotel facilities are nowhere upto the mark. No phones in rooms, no place for breakfast. They ring the bell and bring breakfast, with quantity which is very little, either poha, idle or uthapam, single qty with a cup of almost cold tea. Tea is not even in a thermos. Interior of the room are just ok, without any chair for sitting. Overall not at all a pleasant experience

Very poor location less accessible on google map. No basic amenities like mineral water, soap etc i booked hotel for 2 days but had to checkout because of these thing and had to check in another hotel. Kindly refund me entire two day room rent as it was horrible to stay there. As a loyal customer i am expecting a positive reply from you
