Bad experience
The room size was decent but the room and the washroom were very smelly. Don’t recommend staying here.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is at a good location. Accessible as well as connected. Food was also decent. Supportive staff. Room size was also bigger as compared to other hotels in this range.

This is the 2nd time, I have booked this hotel and my stay was marvellous like before.... To be honest everything is good about it right from location, services etc

Poor Stay
The location is good..but room I got was kind of closed..with no proper ventilation and windows .feels suffocating

Disappointing Stay, Steep Price, Lack of Amenities, and Missed Breakfast
My recent one-night stay at this hotel was unfortunately a significant disappointment, especially given the much steeper price I paid. From the outset, the lack of basic amenities was striking and frankly unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. There was no towel, no toothbrush, and no other toiletries provided in the room. To compound the issues, my booking explicitly included breakfast. However, as I had an early checkout scheduled for 6:30 A.M., I was dismayed to be informed that breakfast services would only be available after 8 A.M. This meant I was unable to avail myself of a service I had already paid for. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider these points before booking

Property is good but property’s food is ultimate disappointment Very bad Maggie they have made and even tea was also very bad and smelly

For the price, it’s a fantastic place to stay. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent customer service from the staff.
