Terrible Stay

I had the most terrible experience. I chose this hotel because it had an elevator as i was traveling with an elderly family member. They would not let us use an elevator. And because we requested a couple of rooms on the ground floor, we did not get check-in of one room until 6-7 hours later. They were repairing the ac and changing all the lights. They have a number of maintenance issues. The property is not newly built as advertised. Our door lock was jammed and multiple times we were locked out of our room. The exhaust fan didn't work in another room. The staff only swept the room when asked for cleaning. Rooms were filled with mosquitoes. The staff responds to requests promptly only when the owner is present. The owner in his defense said that they just acquired the property three months ago and it would get better in a few months. The rooms themselves were spacious. The location is close to markets and restaurants. However, because of many issues, our stay turned out to be terrible. I will never return to this hotel if i have a choice. Please book at your own risk.
