First, they offered us a very bad room, so we requested to cancel. Then, they gave us an average room. The rooms and passages are not clean.

Location is east of kailash, it is good i would say. But when comes for first time be careful, they are doing little fraud as they may change your stay to the side nearer hotel by saying it is same property which is a lie, so never take it. Food is good and tasty, you don’t need to order outside, complementary breakfast so overall good as per food and food service. In terms of hygiene it’s average. Rooms are not well maintained, they don’t use room freshner, so after clean its smells very bad. Safety is not so good also.

Room was small , stinky room , tiny bathroom. when i request to change room they charged extra ₹600/per day in cash to change room that too without bill . even charged ₹600 for late checkout breakfast was good ....food was overpriced . i always choose fabhotels while booking my stay but this is my worst experience ever . this hotel shouldnt be in FABHOTELs list . this hotel doesnt match FABHOTEL standards .

there were terminte nests near the bedside table, the bathroom was terrible and it was terrible in hygiene. The staff was arrogant and when i raised complaint they said you should have booked a expensive hotel if you want clean room. They never even initiated a refund

It was so terrible and not at all clean the bathroom rooms were very dirty and it was stinking and i vacated the hotel within 1 hr of my check in.

The rooms are dingy with no proper lights, no towels. They will give towels only after you ask for it ten times. The rooms have no ventilation. The reception guy is absolutely unhosospitable avoidable.
